THANK YOU, VETERANS!

My late father served 22 years in the U.S. Army, including Guadalcanal and the Philippines in WWII; my husband Clark served a tour of duty in Vietnam with the military police.

As we celebrate Veterans Day on Monday, let us all pause and reflect on what those who have died for our country have done.  I am full of gratitude for my freedoms, my safety, and my country.  Thank you, veterans.

Let us also never forget the One who died on the cross of Calvary; He saved more than our freedoms down here, but He secured eternity for those who believe in Him.  Thank you, Jesus, for your supreme sacrifice.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY, DOXIE LOVERS!

Here's wishing all of you a blessed and enjoyable Memorial Day--never forget those service men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.  I also want to thank those who previously served as well as those who are serving our country now.

God bless the USA!

THANK YOU, VETERANS!

My late father served during World War II in the Philippines and Guadalcanal; my hubby served in Vietnam.  Thank you, veterans, for preserving our freedoms then and continuing to preserve our freedoms today.  God bless each of you brave men and women!  We thank your families for their sacrifices as well.

God bless America:  land of the free BECAUSE of the brave.
