It’s not long until Thanksgiving, one of my favorite holidays. It’s not just the meal, although that’s also my favorite. It’s the sense of thankfulness, where we all stop our busy lives for a short while and relax together.
In my family, we’d all help prepare and then gather around my parents’ or my in-laws’ table to enjoy the wonderful meal, fellowship together, have fun, and give thanks. They’re no longer with us, but we have all those beautiful memories we cherish.
