Let’s be thankful for unknown blessings, whether in the past, the present, or the future. How can we realize we have them if they’re unknown, you ask?
Maybe you had a flat tire and were late to work—but you missed the traffic accident pile up on the interstate—because you were running late. Or you were just heading out the door to have lunch with a friend when the phone rang. To answer or not to answer? But you answered it, only to find out that her son had been taken by ambulance to the hospital! So you were able to head straight there to offer your support instead of being delayed by going to the restaurant first AND NOT ANSWERING THE CALL.
Some blessings are not as serious, but are often just little emotional pick-me-ups to brighten your day—and sometimes we don’t realize until much later that these were God moments in our lives. An unexpected card, letter, gift, phone call, or even a visit from a family member or friend—can lift us up and change our entire day!
